I can't believe how the time flies! I've had the wonderful opportunity of photographing Calvin as a newborn and now at 8 months old (of course he's even older now... I'm a little behind on blogging!). It is always such a joy to see my littlest "clients" grow up. I have the best job. Calvin's sweet family has come to me several times for photos over the years and it is an incredible honor to be able to make these memories for them. I am so lucky to know such great families like his!
This age range of 6-8 months is seriously my favorite. It is perfect because they can sit up, they can't crawl away from you just yet, and they think absolutely everything is fun and entertaining. :) They can't help but flash all those sweet gummy grins and stare up at you with their big eyes. Calvin was no exception... he was so incredibly sweet the whole time. He has the most amazing brown eyes and is just such a sweet and mellow kid. Without further ado, enjoy this cute little guy!

I had the pleasure of capturing the beautiful little Lola at just 7 days of age. What an incredible honor as always, and I'm so happy that her new parents chose me to capture her during this fleeting and sweet time. And how fun that I finally got to photograph a baby girl! (If you've been following my blog for a while, you might have noticed the newborn boy stretch I had been on for a loooong time. So funny! Needless to say, it was fun to try out some of my girly ideas :)
Lola had the most perfect, delicate features and was a joy to photograph. She wasn't all that interested in sleeping some of the time, which meant I got some fun shots of her wide awake. I love them! So here's a little preview of her session...
